FIRST YEAR STUDENTS

  1. Filled-up new student application form (NSAF)

  2. School credentials

    • Senior High School Report Card (DepEd Form 138)

    • Permanent Record (Form 137)

    • Certificate of Good Moral Character

  3. Assessment examination administered by the College Guidance Office

  4. Birth certificate (original and photocopy)

  5. 2 pcs. colored 1x1 ID picture

  6. Medical clearance from the school clinic - Chest x-ray result obtained within six (6) months prior to date of enrollment is required.

 

TRANFEREES

    • Honorable Dismissal

  3. Assessment examination by the Guidance Office

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Entrance & Academic Scholarships

​

Senior high school honor graduates (with highest honors, with high honors, with honors) from duly recognized schools receive scholarships upon application with the Office of the Registrar.

 

After each semester, students may be granted scholarships upon application with the Office of the Registrar on the basis of academic performance and good moral character. A scholar must carry the regular load of 18 to 21 units a semester.

 

Presidential Scholarship

​

A full scholarship amounting to a full waiver in semestral tuition fees is granted to students who obtain an average grade not lower than 1.20.

 

Vice-Presidential Scholarship

​

A partial scholarship with a 50% discount in semestral tuition fees is granted to students who obtain an average grade not lower than 1.50.

​

Dean's Scholarship

​

A partial scholarship with a 25% discount in semestral tuition fees is granted to students who obtain an average grade not lower the 1.75.

​

Family Discounts

​

A 15% - 30% discount on tuition fees may be applied for three or more children from a single family who are concurrently enrolled in the college.

 

Other Scholarships & Financial Assistance

​

The college also recognizes other scholarship programs and financial assistance programs, such as the Philippine Veteran's Affairs Office (PVAO) Scholarship, and the Student Financial Assistance Programs (STUFAPS) under the Commission of Higher Education (CHED). Private Educational Plans may also be applied, with clearance from the college registrar.
